We dream of a healthier society and a more accepting society. Our new projects like "Change For Change", "W.H.Y." and many other projects are going to help that dream become a reality.
We are an organisation who wish to build a society where each human seeks the best of their potential, capacities and aspirations with a positive belief and a healthy mind.
“Let’s construct identities and create a new world!”
MERI PEHCHAAN is working towarrds a vision of a society that accepts psycologically ill for who they are, finds a constructive place for them within it’s folds and resolve their issues with therapeutic help and counselling.
This is only possible if all elements of society are involves, aware and sensitized towards such people.
We especially work with women who are psychologically shattered and vulnerable and help them in order to get them back to the mainstream by creating their self identities.
MERI PEHCHAAN undertakes all of these activities as part of it’s remit and has already made headway in the establishment of models, the development of a family support and psycho-social support structure, the implemetation of awareness campaigns and conducting training and workshops.
OUR MISSION CONTINUES WITH YOUR HELP!!
We organize awareness programs on mental health issues and ned of psychological counselling.
We provide all the best possible psychotherapeutic help to all the age groups including, children, women and senior citizens.
We conduct all types of counselling sessions for all age groups.
We organise different events which turn out to be helpful in all dimensions of health and well being.
We come forward to arrange vocational trainings and life skill development programs especially for women in distress.
Talking about your thoughts and feelings with a supportie person makes you feel better, it can be very healing to voice your worries or talk about something that is weighting on your mind. And, it feels good – to know that someone else cares about you and wants to help.
It can be very helpful to talk about your problems to close friends and family members. However, sometimes, we need the help that people around us are not able to provide. When you need extra support, an outside perspective, or, some expert guidance- talking to a therapist ‘or’ a counsellor definitely helps. Whie the support of friends and family is important, therapy is different. Therapists are professionally- trained listeners who can help you get to the root of your problems, overcome emotional challenges, and make positiv changes in your life.
Meri Pehchaan is devoted to working tirelessly to engineer mind, body and soul. The team believes in constructing human identities to meet best of their potentials.
